Lease is ending which means.....it's MOVING time!!!!
I'm over here cooking dinner and I decided to sit down and write something. So...there is new development in my life. Our lease is up and we are moving next month. At first it was very stressful trying to find a place. I hate house hunting...especially when your looking for a rental property. Oh and let me just "side note" that for a sec....I can't stand throwing money away on rent. I mean I wish we could just buy a home. Unfortunately when you have horrible credit that's what your stuck with....RENTING. Well back to this moving situation.
We found this amazing house and property. It sits on 3 acres. The good thing is that we can rent for a year and then rent to own for 2 years and by that time we will have our credit straight enough to buy the home. It's out in the country and we can finally live the life that we want. We can have farm animals and horses. Also, there is a lot of more acres behind the horse that we can potentially buy from the people that own them to add to our property. I can't believe we will finally have the home of our dreams. That's all we have been waiting for. I always wanted to find a rental home we could possibly buy one day. And we finally have. It's great. I'm ready for this country living. We get free well water and it has a propane tank so we don't have to pay for gas monthly. Just maybe once a year or so. Rent and a electric bill is pretty much all we have to pay. I don't like that the home only has 3 bedrooms. I mean we really need a 4th but hey once we buy it maybe we can add an addition. There is enough land to do it.
