Good to Bad in the blink of an EYE....

It's amazing how some things so good can go so bad in the blink of an eye. Okay, so country living is new to me and I really really love it. In fact everyone should do it. Just get a couple of acres of land and get some farm animals and raise your own eggs and meat. Well, unfortunately we are renting our home. We are paying a pretty penny each month to stay in this house too. Well, recently the Landlord told us that he has been getting reports from some people who he won't say who that the grass isn't being cut to their liking. Well screw that. My husband works really hard and we give him almost a grand for rent every single month BEFORE it's due. Leave us the hell alone. I mean it gets mowed. We even bought a brand new $1000 mower when we moved to the property. And my husband spent hours re mulching the flower beds after they had a serious weed problem only to be told that what he did wasn't good enough. My husband is a very sensitive man and he took that to heart. Also, the landlord's wife came to our home with an hour notice saying she wanted to "inspect the roof" bullshit!!! She walked all the way around the property. I didn't know the roof went that far LOL. She said at least 5Xs in the same conversation that this is "her house". She's right! This is her house and if she want to hover and dictate so bad then why don't she live in it. I tell you what....we will NEVER rent for the owners of a house again. We will only rent if the owners use a rental agency or management company to handle things. 

I used to love living here. But now all I want to do is move. And she wanted to bitch about our chickens and ducks who are not hurting ANYONE or ANYTHING. She want to bitch about them but yet she don't care if we get dogs. That's ridiculous. It's enough that there is 3 acres of land we can't do anything with but still have to mow but you want to bitch about our birds. I really can't wait to move. And I really can't wait to buy a property of our own which we will be doing really soon. I can't wait. We will feel so free. That's our dream. But for now we are looking to buy a couple of acres and then pay it off in two years then put a house on that.

Someday soon we will be happy.
