Day 10- Weight loss total so far....
I am so proud of myself. I weighed in this morning 13 pounds lighter than when I started. This is so amazing. All I did was change the food from processed food to fresh food. Imagine if I was extreme active everyday. I would lose a lot more weight. You know what they should make app like "my fitness pal" for moms. Chasing toddlers around all day should count as physical activity lol. Well anyway....for breakfast I had 3 eggs, a serving of ham, and some sauteed sliced portabello mushrooms.

I ended up eating cheese for a snack and my left over dinner from the night before for lunch. Dinner I made sirloin steaks and sauteed green beans and cauliflower. No extra physical activity aside from chasing my 1 year old around the house and having a dance party with her.
