week 6

Closing up on week 6 of Keto. I am firm at 23 pounds lost. I'm trying to give myself little goals to accomplish. I really wanna lose at least another 25 pounds before April first. I know I can do it but I have to get serious about going to the gym. I feel like adding exercise to my lifestyle will set off my weightloss. In other news my mom and sis are trying to start Keto. I guess they like my results. I wish they would have done extensive research before starting like I did. If you don't do your research first you might think it's too difficult and won't stick to it. I have been going strong for 6 weeks and haven't cheated once. I am so serious about this. So much so that when we go on vacation I might not go off keto like I had planned. I mean I feel great. My body is nolong fueled by carbs and sugar. My mood swings (caused from my sugar levels dropping throughout the day) are almost no existent. I don't feel out of control anymore. I feel great.
