Sooo...this is my first official blog entry after changing the title of my blog.

In other news....my husband and I have started a container garden on our Sun porch. We are planting corn, garden beans, tomatoes, cucumber, sunflowers, spinach, broccoli, pumpkins, cantalop, and watermelon. The best part about living in Savannah Georgia is that the weather is great for growing almost all year round. I was so happy when I started germinating the seeds. The corn sprouted roots really fast and as soon as the roots were long and strong enough we planted them and they are growing so nicely.

I was so excited when I went shopping for soil and manure. Watching things grow is such an amazing feeling. I truly can't wait until we buy our own property and our garden can be even bigger. I also, can't wait to get some chickens and have an unlimited supply of eggs.
