still in week 9 of keto
I have lost 29 pounds. Almost to the 30 mark. I know exactly what I need to do to lose weight quicker. I have to exercise. Everytime I have exercised I seemed to lose a pound over night. From now on I am going to run up a hill 3 times everyday for my exercise and do what I like to call "kid lifts" twice a day. That's where I use my 2 year old as a weight. She loves it. I need to kick this weightloss into over drive. I really want to go horseback riding this summer. My summer can be so much more fufilling if I lose more weight. I can enjoy summer for the first time in my life. I can't wait. However, there is a obsticle coming up. My husband and I are taking a trip to Texas in a few weeks and I don't know if I want to detour from keto or not. I mean I feel like I haven't lose enough yet to cheat on vacation. But at the same time....I have been going strong with no cheats since January 4th and going to Texas is a once in a lifetime thing for me and I want to eat that texas food. IDK I will keep yall updated.
