Week....whatever of keto...update
So after like 2 weeks I finally lost that pound I needed to reach my first goal. I have officially lost 30 pounds. I really wish the number was higher but hey....what can I do lol. Also, I really wanna lose a bunch more weight before my husband and I go on our cruise in December. It's all paid for and I am ready. I want to have a good time and go on excursions. We plan on going on the Kayak excursion down the river on one of those tropical islands, I forgot the name of it. I can't be this large trying to stay afloat on a kayak. Plus there is a weight limit and I am far from it right now. March is coming to an end and I am gonna be turning 27 next week. This is the last year of my life I will be morbidly OBESE. I'm done with watching others live there life. It's my turn to live and be a more active mother and wife. I'm still struggling with getting exercise in but I will get there. My biggest problem is that I don't like the gym. I hate having to walk on a treadmill or stair climber over and over again. I want real world exercise like maybe some hiking or something. I am also having trouble drinking enough water. Water is gross to me and the only time I want it is when I'm thirsty from exercising. So I guess solving one problem will solve the other. This past week has been exhausting for me. I hope I can get more energy soon. Shark week is a beast.
