zero motivation and keto update

I ate french fries, bread, and chicken nuggets for the first time this year. Yes!!! I know I cheated on keto and I was doing so well too. Well guess what?...I didn't gain any weight. I actually lost a pound. I think I am stalling on weightloss because my carb intake is too low. I mean I'm not supposed to have more than 20 grams of carbs a day and I been having like 2 or 3 carbs. I guess my body needs some form of carbs. I think I will do strict keto 5 days a week and high carbs 2 days a week. I hope it works. I am sooo ready to reach my next weight loss goal. I am like 2 pounds away from my first goal. Then 38 pounds away from my next goal.

Now down to the zero motivation part....

I have zero motivation to do anything right now. I am so tired and I have school work to do but no will to do it. I could be doing it now instead of typing this but this takes no brain power lol. I don't feel like researching and using my brain. The worst part is that the kids a taking a nap and this is my only time to get it done and I still need to take a shower before they wake up and clean a few things too. ugh!!!!
