Day 4

I am posting late but day 4 was a success. The only bad part is that I ate breakfast a little late. Actually I ate all my meals later than I should have. I also didnt get a lot of physical activity. But in other news I lost 8 pounds so far. I feel great about that. For dinner we had hamburgers with no buns. My husband also sauteed mushrooms and onions. It was sooo good.
