Day 9

I was able to combat the weekend wait gain and I'm back to where I was saturday morning. My thighs are still hurting like crazy from that fire tower climb. I'm trying to get by. Also, I ate breakfast late today because my youngest had an early doctor's appointment. I'm pretty sure today I won't get much physical activity in because of my pain. I'm not even gonna sweat it today...I got in enough activity just taking the kids to the doc by myself.

I was feeling mighty bad because of the pain in my thighs but they got a lot better. For dinner I ate ribeye steak and steamed cabbage. I even drank some water lol. I did good. The only physical activity I got was when I took the kids to the doctor. But hey that was a real workout lol.
